The Recovery Process
When you come to the classes and quit, the very moment that you stop smoking, your body begins the process of recovery.
After quitting:
20 minutes later – Your blood pressure and pulse normalise
60 minutes later – Your body starts to rid itself of tobacco toxins
8 hours later – Oxygen levels return to normal. Carbon monoxide and nicotine levels in your blood are halved.
24 hours later – Carbon monoxide is eliminated from your body, your lungs start clearing out mucus and smoking debris.
A quick enquiry is all it takes to start your new smoke free life, so why not
